Our store specializes in digital PDF sewing patterns for clothing, bags, accessories, and home decor.

All products sold by KSTN.studio are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Your purchase does not include printed sewing patterns, finished products, fabric, or sewing supplies unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & DIGITAL DELIVERY

Our digital sewing patterns are made available electronically after successful payment and order processing.

Depending on the product, you will receive access to your purchased files through a download link, an order confirmation email, or another electronic delivery method specified with your purchase.

Digital products are generally available shortly after payment confirmation. In some cases, payment verification or technical processing may cause a delay.

Please make sure you enter a valid email address during checkout to receive important order and download information.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of our sewing patterns, we do not offer voluntary returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once the applicable statutory right of withdrawal has been validly lost.

For digital content supplied electronically, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once supply begins, provided the legally required prior consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation conditions have been satisfied.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not supplied, or not as described, or if a statutory right of withdrawal still applies.
