DIGITAL PRODUCTS

KSTN.studio sells exclusively digital PDF sewing patterns. All products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Please read the product descriptions, size charts, and fabric requirements carefully before making a purchase.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the digital nature of our products and their immediate availability, we do not offer voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once the digital content has been supplied in circumstances where the statutory right of withdrawal has been validly lost.

This includes requests based solely on accidental purchases, changes of mind, or choosing a pattern that no longer meets your personal preferences.

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract.

This right may be lost once the supply of digital content begins, provided that the customer has given prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal, and the required confirmation has been provided in accordance with applicable law.

Where those conditions have not been met, or where other mandatory consumer rights apply, this policy does not restrict those rights.

DOWNLOAD ACCESS

After purchasing a sewing pattern, you will receive electronic access to your digital files through the download method provided with your order.

No printed pattern, finished garment, fabric, or other physical product is included.

If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at kstnstudio@gmail.com.

DOWNLOAD ISSUES AND DEFECTIVE FILES

We want every customer to receive the correct, functional sewing pattern.

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us:

Missing or inaccessible download files
Incorrect pattern files
Corrupted or unreadable PDF files
Other issues affecting the conformity of your purchased digital content

We will review the issue and work to provide a suitable solution, such as restoring access, correcting the file, or supplying a replacement.

Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, customers may also be entitled to a price reduction, refund, or other legal remedy.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer voluntary exchanges of digital sewing patterns once the applicable right of withdrawal has been validly lost.

If you have purchased an incorrect pattern or are experiencing difficulties with your files, please contact us. We will review your request and assist where possible.

STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not supplied.

Any refund required by applicable law will be processed in accordance with the relevant legal requirements, normally using the original payment method.
