Purchasing a sewing pattern grants the customer a license to use it under the terms specified in the individual product description.

The sale of finished handmade products created using our patterns is permitted only where expressly authorized by the applicable pattern license.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

KSTN.studio sells digital sewing patterns delivered electronically.

No physical products are shipped.

4. DIGITAL PURCHASES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All products sold by KSTN.studio are digital products supplied electronically.

By purchasing a sewing pattern, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content rather than a physical product and agree to the terms of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once the applicable statutory right of withdrawal has been validly lost.

For consumers in the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once the supply of digital content begins, provided that all legally required conditions have been satisfied, including the customer's prior express consent to immediate delivery, acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal, and the required confirmation of the contract.
